TBM SX-R 800 Rear Sponsons |

Newly released, TBM Racing’s SXR 800 Rear Sponsons, which enhance the handling of this already dominant ski. Used at the 2003 World Finals by Tim Bushman and Factory Kawasaki, they have been widely accepted as one of the few bolt on handling components for the SXR that actually work. Constructed of 6061-billet aluminum and use stainless steel inserts they come complete with all necessary hardware and instructions. Tim Bushman states, “At first glance these look like a very simple part, but we put extensive hours of testing into every aspect of the sponsons. I guarantee that the knock off’s that will become available will overlook some very critical details.” |

Introducing our OEM replacement turn plate for the 750 and 800 Kawasaki stand ups. Our turn plate has many unique features including two handlebar positions giving the rider an option depending on conditions and riding style. In addition you have the option of using our replacement stud that allows you to relocate the turn plate an inch forward from the stock location. Combining the two options gives you slightly over 1.5" forward from stock. The same slotted quicksteer feature used on our Kawasaki/Yamaha conversion turn plate is also utilized on this turn plate. |

Introducing the most revolutionary pump component ever released for the Kawasaki stand ups. We have turned our dream into reality by designing a component that transforms the inefficient OEM pump into a high performance race pump. Over two years of development has gone into this design and literally hundreds of prototypes have been tested before we settled on this configuration. We have increased the hub diameter of the OEM pump, which creates an increase in pump pressure keeping the pump "loaded" in rough water conditions. The increased efficiency adds amazing acceleration, improved handling and top speed. The Super Pump Cone is designed to be used with the OEM, Solas Dynafly, or C-75 Skat-Trak impellers in standard, or a 5mm set back. Frustrated with constantly breaking domes on the “other” brands we were running we decided to build our own with our patent pending “Dome Saver” design. The head body and cap is constructed of 6061 aluminum, while the domes are machined from 7075, which is much more durable and rarely used due to it’s high cost. TBM Kawasaki Lightweight Flywheel |

Introducing our lightweight flywheel for the SX-R 800. Our flywheel is compatible with the stock ignition in '04 - '06 models and any aftermarket ignition system. Note: 2003 SX-R's require the use of an aftermarket ignition. The flywheel operates as a total loss system (does not recharge the battery), although with an Advent T3 ignition and a fresh battery you can ride for several days without the need to charge the battery. This is the lightest flywheel on the market saving over 3 pounds vs. the stock flywheel. Ideal for racing, freestyle and freeride our flywheel will give you amazing acceleration without jeopardizing reliability. |

TBM SXR Twin Pipes SXR 800 |

We are proud to introduce our Twin Pipes for the Kawasaki SX-R 800. We have put over a year of testing and development into these pipes and the result is astonishing. Two fully water jacketed expansion chambers squeezed into the SX-R hull without relocating the OEM components. Our goal in this project was to give SX-R owners another option to the single pipes on the market and unleash the full potential of the 800 powerplant. We performed most of our testing on a race spec Limited engine rather than simply trying to improve on the stock engine. We used the single pipes as our baseline and didn't stop until we outperformed them throughout the powerband. We gained 5-10 peak horsepower over the nearest competitor and 500 RPM on a Limited engine. Bottom end is as good as or better than the competition with incredible gains in mid range acceleration. Peak RPM carries over 1000 RPM rather than the typical 300 - 400 RPM range experienced with the single pipes. Superstock engines will experience significant gains as well, but will vary depending on set up and port specification. |
