Introducing the first SX-R ride plate that actually out performs the OEM plate. I have personally tested every possible configuration before settling on our unique "Triple Chine Dual Concave" design. This plate does everything right from high speed tracking in four-foot chop to carving slalom on a sheet of glass with precision. Slightly longer than stock, our plate eliminates proposing without sacrificing turning prowess. We've gone to great lengths to make our plate ideal for the Novice Stock class racer to the seasoned Pro inspiring the confidence to carry more speed into and out of the corners. No need for a hole in this plate to create a false sense of security, as the "Triple Chine Dual Concave" keeps you hooked up in even the hardest corner. As with all TBM Racing products the quality of our "Signature Series" Ride Plate is unmatched using only the highest grade of aircraft quality A356 aluminum alloy. Each plate is hand trued and CNC machined to ensure that every plate will perform the best. Available in a "Race Tuned" version and "Standard". Each "Race Tuned" ride plate is straightened, trued and CNC machined and all casting voids are filled before a durable black powder coat finish is applied. The "Standard" ride plate is straightened and the mounting holes are CNC machined and comes without powder coating

Introducing our billet driveline coupler that is significantly lighter and stronger than any other coupler on the market. Our utilization of Solid Works stress analysis assures that our customers get the absolute best quality product that will hold up to the rigors of the high horsepower output of our racing engines. Our coupler has lightening holes that eliminate material where it is not needed for the structural integrity of the part. Uses Kawasaki O.E.M. damper P/N 92075-520

Introducing the first intake grate designed exclusively for the
SX-R 800. This is not another revised 750 SXI intake, it's designed to enhance the handling characteristics of the SX-R and correct its one inefficientcy, which is keeping the pump hooked up in hard corners. The Super Scoop(TM) keeps the pump loaded when the ski is on edge as is the case in hard cornering. We also treat each intake with a corrosion resistant coating rather than the typical (cheaper) ball burnished finish that quickly corrodes when exposed to salt water. This is a true "race ready" part that doesn't require modification to be worthy of Pro level racing.

Newly released, TBM Racing’s SXR 800 Rear Sponsons, which enhance the handling of this already dominant ski. Used at the 2003 World Finals by Tim Bushman and Factory Kawasaki, they have been widely accepted as one of the few bolt on handling components for the SXR that actually work. Constructed of 6061-billet aluminum and use stainless steel inserts they come complete with all necessary hardware and instructions. Tim Bushman states, “At first glance these look like a very simple part, but we put extensive hours of testing into every aspect of the sponsons. I guarantee that the knock off’s that will become available will overlook some very critical details.”

Introducing our OEM replacement turn plate for the 750 and 800 Kawasaki stand ups. Our turn plate has many unique features including two handlebar positions giving the rider an option depending on conditions and riding style. In addition you have the option of using our replacement stud that allows you to relocate the turn plate an inch forward from the stock location. Combining the two options gives you slightly over 1.5" forward from stock. The same slotted quicksteer feature used on our Kawasaki/Yamaha conversion turn plate is also utilized on this turn plate.

Introducing the most revolutionary pump component ever released for the Kawasaki stand ups. We have turned our dream into reality by designing a component that transforms the inefficient OEM pump into a high performance race pump. Over two years of development has gone into this design and literally hundreds of prototypes have been tested before we settled on this configuration. We have increased the hub diameter of the OEM pump, which creates an increase in pump pressure keeping the pump "loaded" in rough water conditions. The increased efficiency adds amazing acceleration, improved handling and top speed. The Super Pump Cone is designed to be used with the OEM, Solas Dynafly, or C-75 Skat-Trak impellers in standard, or a 5mm set back. Installation is as simple as changing an impeller and can be performed with standard tools. Fits '92-'06 Kawasaki 750/800 stand ups.

*Due to the demands of Pro Racing we have redesigned our Kawasaki Super Pump Cone to increase the strength and offer our riders with the option to "tune" the pump for their particular set up or water conditions. Included with our "Pro" kit is the Super Pump Cone insert, a tail cone base that seals the pump and three different length tail cone tips. The tail cone tips can be changed by simply removing one M6 bolt and replacing the tip with a different length to optimize your impeller and nozzle combination. The short cone works well for Freestyle, Freeride and tight Closed Courses, while the medium and long tail cone works excellent for rough water hook up and amazing top speed.

Note: This is an outstanding alternative to purchasing an expensive aftermarket pump and we have seen amazing results in a Limited class application.

Our Non-Girdled Head has all the features of our Girdled Head without the added expense and complexities of the girdle kit. Cost effective yet high quality you can add to the reliability of your SX-R and have the option of running different compression ratios by interchanging domes. Recommended for use with the stock pipe, or Factory Wet Pipe this head is a great performer at a reasonable price

Newly released, TBM Racing in conjunction with Joey’s Watercraft developed this simple yet effective head kit. Frustrated with constantly breaking domes on the “other” brands we were running we decided to build our own with our patent pending “Dome Saver” design. The head body and cap is constructed of 6061 aluminum, while the domes are machined from 7075, which is much more durable and rarely used due to it’s high cost. This head utilizes a three-piece design that has water flow control not possible with a one-piece head. No gaskets or messy silicone needed as it’s completely sealed by o-rings. Introducing our Billet Front Hood Latches for the SX-R 800. A direct replacement for the weak O.E.M. hood latches that bend and commonly fail, our hood latches are manufactured from 6061 billet aluminum. We eliminated all stress risers to ensure our latches will stand up to the most extreme riding conditions eliminating the chance of a failure that can lead to the hood coming loose

Our billet spring tensioner is available in two heights to optimize your comfort. The standard height is recommended for the stock handle pole, while the short height is designed for the aftermarket aluminum handle poles on the market. Both tensioners are anodized black and come complete with all hardware and installation instructions.

Our interchangeable domes are compatible with both our girdled head and non-girdled head. Manufactured from 7075 aluminum alloy and hard anodized for even heat dissipation and corrosion protection. Our domes feature a unique bowl design that is not your typical spherical configuration. Team Kawasaki has proved this design for the past two seasons. Another key feature is the stepped squish band optimizing the clearance to gain unsurpassed performance. Available in 18cc to 27cc.

Introducing our angled reed spacers, which position the reed cages in the optimal position for fuel atomization. Key features include a full 3 degrees of angle (1 degree more than our competitors), an integrated pulse fitting, which allows you to add a second pulse line without drilling your crankcases. An easy way to bolt on an increase in acceleration and mid range power. Compatible with stock, or aftermarket cages these spacers come complete with all necessary hardware and gaskets.

Introducing our lightweight flywheel for the SX-R 800. Our flywheel is compatible with the stock ignition in '04 - '06 models and any aftermarket ignition system. Note: 2003 SX-R's require the use of an aftermarket ignition. The flywheel operates as a total loss system (does not recharge the battery), although with an Advent T3 ignition and a fresh battery you can ride for several days without the need to charge the battery. This is the lightest flywheel on the market saving over 3 pounds vs. the stock flywheel. Ideal for racing, freestyle and freeride our flywheel will give you amazing acceleration without jeopardizing reliability.

We are proud to introduce our Twin Pipes for the Kawasaki SX-R 800. We have put over a year of testing and development into these pipes and the result is astonishing. Two fully water jacketed expansion chambers squeezed into the SX-R hull without relocating the OEM components. Our goal in this project was to give SX-R owners another option to the single pipes on the market and unleash the full potential of the 800 powerplant. We performed most of our testing on a race spec Limited engine rather than simply trying to improve on the stock engine. We used the single pipes as our baseline and didn't stop until we outperformed them throughout the powerband. We gained 5-10 peak horsepower over the nearest competitor and 500 RPM on a Limited engine. Bottom end is as good as or better than the competition with incredible gains in mid range acceleration. Peak RPM carries over 1000 RPM rather than the typical 300 - 400 RPM range experienced with the single pipes. Superstock engines will experience significant gains as well, but will vary depending on set up and port specification.

As with all of our products the highest grade materials and craftsmanship are used throughout our SX-R Twin Pipes. Every bracket is CNC machined, or laser cut and each welded bracket has been gusseted and reinforced to prevent failures. Another advantage over the single pipes is weight distribution throughout the hull. The second chamber is used to balance the hull to improve the handling characteristics. Water injection ports are included, although the kit is sold separately.

We recommend the use of our TBM Girdled Head Kit with the Twin Pipe specific head cap to prevent cylinder damage. 1.5" Tau Ceti flame arresters are recommended, although any 1.5" flame arrestors can be used.
